With extensive experience in residential childcare, Faith has honed her skills in providing exceptional care and support to children in need, ensuring each child receives personalised care and support plans. Her experience includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing therapeutic approaches that promote the emotional, social, and academic development of the children. She has successfully managed two homes, both of which were rated to an OFSTED good standard.
